Gift Cards

 

1. General Information

1.1. The e-gift card is a digital code that can be used as a method of payment for products offered by Brews & Burners.

1.2. The e-gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of reimbursement unless required by law.

1.3. E-gift cards are issued and managed by Brews & Burners. All rights, title, and interest in the e-gift card are vested with Brews & Burners.

2. Purchasing E-Gift Cards

2.1. You can purchase e-gift cards through the Brews & Burners website.

2.2. The e-gift card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address, provided at the time of purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct email address is entered.

2.3. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the transaction is final and that no refunds or exchanges will be granted, except as specified by law or in the case of technical errors.

3. Use of E-Gift Cards

3.1. The e-gift card is valid only for use with Brews & Burners and may not be accepted by third-party merchants or websites.

3.2. E-gift cards can only be redeemed for products available on the Brews & Burners platform at the time of redemption.

3.3. E-gift cards do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.4. The e-gift card balance will be deducted from the total purchase price. If the value of the e-gift card is insufficient to cover the full purchase amount, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.

4. Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards

4.1. Brews & Burners is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.

4.2. If you believe your e-gift card has been lost or stolen, please contact customer support immediately. We will attempt to assist you, but there is no guarantee of reimbursement or replacement.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

5.1. E-gift cards may not be used to purchase other e-gift cards or be combined with other promotions unless specified otherwise.

5.2. The use of e-gift cards is subject to local laws and regulations. If any law prohibits or restricts the use of the card, the card may be voided or suspended.

6. No Warranty

6.1. E-gift cards are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Brews & Burners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and such changes will apply to any e-gift cards purchased after the update.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the U.S. state of Florida.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of the use of the e-gift card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
