At Brews and Burners, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products while also being environmentally conscious. In line with this commitment, we have implemented the following return policy:

All sales are final. No returns and exchanges for all consumable items such as Coffee, Complements, and Supplements. 

For Products in the Accessories tab:

We guarantee against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all accessory products. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise with a prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, and manuals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our secure merchant processor automatically processes orders. Please facilitate the return of the items you wish to cancel in the Order History account. Please understand and support our commitment to quality and environmental sustainability when ordering from our website. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy or any other inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments from Brews & Burners are Free On Board (FOB). Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from Seller to Purchaser. Purchaser takes full responsibility for the shipment. By selecting the shipping method of transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of Purchaser. By accepting this service from Seller, Purchaser is affirming that they are acting in compliance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. All orders must ship to the billing address of the credit card used to pay for the order! You will have to pay custom duties and taxes in addition to the total order. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes after your order has shipped, and the order is returned to us, we will not refund your original shipping charge, plus you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
