Reward Programs
By participating in the Brews & Burners Reward Programs ("Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
1.1. The Brews & Burners Reward Programs are customer loyalty programs designed to reward eligible customers with points for certain purchases and activities, which can be redeemed for discounts.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who participate in the Program ("Participants").
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
2.2. The Program is available to residents of countries where it is legally permissible. Participation may be restricted or limited in certain locations based on local laws.
3. Earning Reward Points
3.1. Participants earn Loyalty Points for eligible purchases made through Brews & Burners’ online store. One loyalty point is earned for every one US dollar spent on eligible purchases. Gift cards are not eligible for loyalty points.
3.2. The number of loyalty points earned for each purchase will be clearly stated at the time of the transaction or offer.
3.3. Points may not be earned on taxes, shipping, handling fees, or other charges unless specifically stated.
3.4. Points will typically be credited to your account within 1 hour of completing a qualifying transaction. Each Participant will have the responsibility of ensuring that his/her points are properly credited. Any claim for points not credited accurately must be received by Brews & Burners within seven (7) days of the date of claimed accrual of such points.
3.5. Brews & Burners reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict earning loyalty points for certain transactions at its discretion.
3.6. Participants earn Brand Ambassador Reward Points for referring friends to Brews & Burners by giving them unique referral codes. For each referee, three reward points are earned by the referrer on the first occasion that the referee successfully completes a purchase from Brews & Burners.
3.7. The number of rewards points earned by a referrer for referrals will be clearly stated in the referrer’s account.
3.8. Points will not be earned when a referee purchases a gift card.
3.9. Points will typically be credited to a referrer’s account within 1 day of the completion of a qualifying activity. Any claim for points not credited accurately must be received by Brews & Burners within seven (7) days of the date of claimed accrual of such points.
3.10. Brews & Burners reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict earning reward points for certain activities at its discretion.
4. Redeeming Rewards Points
4.1. Loyalty Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases at Brews & Burners. One US dollar is subtracted from the total at checkout for every twenty loyalty points that are redeemed. Any whole number of loyalty points can be redeemed at checkout.
4.2. Points cannot be redeemed for purchases of gift cards.
4.3. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any other purpose other than those specifically outlined here.
4.4. Points may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless otherwise specified.
4.5. Brand Ambassador Reward Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases at Brews & Burners. One US dollar is subtracted from the total at checkout for every two reward points that are redeemed. Any whole number of reward points can be redeemed at checkout.
4.6. Points cannot be redeemed for purchases of gift cards.
4.7. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any other purpose other than those specifically outlined here.
4.8. Points may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless otherwise specified.
5. Expiration of Rewards Points
5.1. Loyalty Points and Reward Points never expire after they are earned.
6. Account Management
6.1. Participants must maintain a valid account with Brews & Burners in order to earn and redeem Loyalty Points and Reward Points. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date.
6.2. Points earned in one account may not be transferred to another account.
6.3. If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, you may forfeit any unused points in your account, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
7.1. Brews & Burners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
7.2. If the Program is terminated, any unredeemed loyalty points and reward points will be forfeited, unless otherwise specified by Brews & Burners.
7.3. Brews & Burners may also modify the terms and conditions of the Program at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website or communicated via email.
8. Fraud and Abuse
8.1. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the manipulation of purchases or the creation of multiple accounts to accumulate reward points, will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the participant's account, and any points will be forfeited.
8.2. Brews & Burners reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity and take appropriate action.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in Brews & Burners' Privacy Policy.
9.2. Your personal information will be used to administer the Program, track your loyalty points and reward points, and provide any notifications related to your account and rewards.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brews & Burners is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of points or rewards.
10.2. Brews & Burners is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling the Program or any technical issues that may occur.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the U.S. state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Florida, at the sole discretion of Brews & Burners.
